Your Profile:

 

  • University Degree in IT, Economics, or similar

  • Certified / good skills in the ITIL Process Framework and IT-Service Management; Requests, Incidents, Change Management

  • Experiences in provisioning of IT-Services

  • Experiences in IT-Service transitions

  • Ability to manage customer requirements and create solutions with our tools

  • Passion to develop service products that inspire our clients

  • Open minded

  • Ability to work on a team & independently

  • Good skills in English; written and spoken

  • Experience in SAP; advantage
