Your Profile:

Good University Degree in IT, Economics or similar degree course

Certified / good skills in the ITIL Process Framework and IT Service Management (Request/Incident/Problem/Change Management)

Experiences in the provisioning of IT-services

Experiences in transition of IT-services

Ability to manage customer requirements and create solutions with our service capabilities

Passion to develop service products that inspire our clients

Open minded and team oriented

Good skills in English, written and spoken

Experience in SAP would be an advantage
