Your Profile:


  • Good University Degree in IT, Economics or similar degree course

  • Certified / good skills in the ITIL Process Framework and IT Service Management (Request/Incident/Problem/Change Management)

  • Experiences in the provisioning of IT-services

  • Experiences in transition of IT-services

  • Ability to manage customer requirements and create solutions with our service capabilities

  • Passion to develop service products that inspire our clients

  • Open minded and team oriented

  • Good skills in English, written and spoken

  • Experience in SAP would be an advantage
